Frédéric ICHAY
Partner
Head of the Corporate Department
French avocat, Frédéric Ichay has worked for more than four years in South-East Asia (based in Singapore), focusing his work on Mergers and Acquisitions and assets-financing transactions.
Upon his return to France, he joined a well established French law firm and has advised various Investments Funds on Private Equity Transactions. Frédéric is specialised in corporate restructuring, funds raising, financing and acquisitions, in particular in the renewable energy sector. Frédéric is the co-editor of the Blog Expert "Green Business" Le Figaro and is a regular speaker at various conferences and seminars on sustainable development and renewable energy. He represents a number of multinational companies in a broad spectrum of industries, in particular telecommunication and technologies.
He has become over the years the trusted advisor of managers in their complex M&A transactions whether in France or abroad.

Diane MULLENEX
Partner
Head of the Telecom Media Technology Department
French avocat and English solicitor, Diane Mullenex started her career in Singapore in 1994 and then became a corporate partner with Watson Farley & Williams. She has worked for more than seven years in South-East Asia, before coming back to practice in France in 2001.
Diane specialises in Telecommunications, Technology and other regulated industries.
More particularly, she dedicated oneself to corporate, commercial and telecom matters and in particular to complex matters requiring the co-ordination of three matters of law.
Her work encompasses commercial and corporate transactions (such as IT and BPO outsourcing transactions, procurements, interconnection, roaming, broadcast and transmission arrangements, distribution).
She has been actively involved in expanding the firm’s media and telecommunications and is managing the TMT team.
Her experience in the telecommunications has earned her the reputation of an expert with various telecom operators.
Diane is a Foreign Trade Advisor appointed by the French Government.

Annabelle RICHARD
Partner
Telecom Media Technology Department
French avocat and Attorney at Law (New York State Bar), Annabelle Richard practiced law in New York before coming back to France and joined Ichay & Mullenex Avocats in 2005.
Since then, Annabelle Richard has been an active member of the Technologies, Media and Telecommunications department. In January 2011, she was promoted as a partner in the TMT department.
Her strong background on new technologies, both from an operational and regulatory standpoint, as well as her international education have made her a strong asset on all telecom and new technologies projects.
She is particularly involved in all matters pertaining to Internet law and is a recognized expert notably in e-commerce, online gaming and gambling, data protection and cybersecurity. Annabelle has earned her sterling reputation by working on complex projects, largely international, which required not only outstanding legal competence but also a perfect understanding of the business and operational constraints.
She is an active member of many national and international professional organisations among which the American Bar Association, the ItechLaw Association, the CLUSIF (French Information System Security Association), the International Bar Association and the International Association of Gaming Advisers (IAGA).
